Rocky Group Inc is locally owned and operated in Waianae, Hawaii. We have been established since 2000 and are Hawaii's leading manufacturer's representative for a variety of quality lines. We strive to bring value to our distributors and end users by providing superior product knowledge and a customized experience.
What we do
As Manufacturer’s Representative we have the responsibility of ensuring that the manufacturer’s interests in the marketplace are supported at the distributor and end-user levels. This is achieved by the following:
· Ensuring that all current information is available to qualified end-users and approved distributors. This includes brochures, point of sale material, product specification, etc.
· Providing samples to qualified end-users and approved distributors
· Educating qualified end-users and approved distributors through hands-on demonstration, training and seminars
· Generating accurate quotations for large projects and assisting in presentations with large end-users
· Addressing concerns and warranty issues regarding the products represented
· Resolving disputes and issues relating to shipping and product transfer
· Promoting the Manufacturer’s product through marketing both directly and through sales promotions and product shows
